The power of Garlic!

Garlic is anti-inflammatory, it reduces cholesterol and helps preventing the formation of bacterial plaque. It must also be used to lower the quantity of salt when cooking meals.


It can be fresh, powder or chopped. Garlic is always tasteful and may be used to seasoning several different dishes, being meat, fish, pasta or legumes. One or two garlic cloves in your soup ant it instantly gets healthier. In our country, for instance, cod dishes are traditionally accompanied with garlic.
