Mango and lime with natural yoghurt
To complete your breakfast or for a light and fresh dessert, a healthy quickly made candy that groups protein from yoghurt to vitamins from mango and lime.
1 Large and ripe mango
1 Lime zest
300 ml Greek natural yoghurt
Powder sugar (just enough)
Peel and crush your mango in a blender cup. Mix the lime zest. Join it all to the natural yoghurt.
For a creamy dessert, add 200 ml whipping cream and add it to the mango and yoghurt mixture.
