Healthy and Practical Snack!

A handful of nuts or seeds may be a satisfying and healthy light snack.
Select non-salty nuts, preferably: almonds, peanuts, nuts and pistachio are good choices.
 

These fruits must be taken in moderation due to their high caloric degree. Best would be to eat up to 10/12 fruits max per day. (Each nut counts two).
