Which foods should we take for a day on the beach?

Light foods that are naturally hydrating, such as fruits, vegetables, lean proteins and nuts, are usually well tolerated by your stomach.
Some suggestions for your day on the beach:
 

– Apples, pears, apricots, plums, peaches, carrots;
– Fruit for hydration: cantaloupe, melon, water melon, oranges, kiwi, pineapple.

You may also take with you yoghurts (lean) and rice or corn biscuits, because they also constitute a healthy and practical option.

Don't forget that drinking water is important to keep your body well hydrated and it favours a healthy digestion.
