A quickly made and healthy Dinner

Wholemeal Bread with Mushrooms!
In a pan, melt 15gr of vegetable cream with olive oil, place in the mushrooms (500gr), lemon zest, garlic (1), thyme, salt and pepper to taste. Cook it at medium temperature until the mushrooms get soft, always stirring. This process should take about 5 minutes.
 

Toast the bread slices and place over them lettuce leaves and the mushrooms mix. Drizzle with extra-virgin olive oil and sprinkle some chips of parmesan cheese.
