As it happens with any food, preparation and conditioning are critical: So you know, forget popcorn sachets from the supermarket (and from cinemas as well, by the way) for they contain synthetical fats and sugar that nullify any benefits from popcorn itself.
The healthiest popcorn is made the old fashion way in the oven, using for instance coconut oil for preparing it. When they are done, powder some cinnamon over to complete your delicious and healthy snack.
