Phosphorus is an oligoelement found in all cells of the body.
It has an important role on formation of bones and teeth, it is essential to the smooth functioning of the kidneys and helps growth by producing energy, relieves arthritic pain, promotes healthy gums, and has many other benefits for the the whole human body.
Phosphorus main sources are dairy products, eggs, canned fish, chicken, beer yeast, walnuts, wheat germ, asparagus, legumes, garlic and artichokes. So don’t forget to include them on your usual diet.
