HOT PEPPER MAY REDUCE OBESITY

By: | Tags: | Comments: 0 | August 2nd, 2024

Researchers found that capsaicin, the active compound that gives hot peppers their spiciness, may have anti-obesity properties. However, the researchers caution that the findings do not mean that dieters should start eating hot peppers to lose weight. They also warn that capsaicin is not easily absorbed by the stomach. A healthy diet, well-balanced, and physical exercise, regularly, will always be the best way to stave off obesity.
