A DIET SHOULD BE HIGH IN FIBRE

A high in fibre diet is very important to our organism!
The gastrointestinal tract is stocked with micro-organisms, such as bacteria, viruses and fungus. A diet with no fibres modifies the composition of the intestinal bacteria, causing an inflammatory response in our organism. Most common symptoms of intestinal disorders are discomfort and abdominal pain, diarrheas and constipation, abdominal distension, swelling and flatulence.
Follow a balanced diet, poor in fatness and other offenders of the intestinal flora, alcohol for instance, and high in fibres and vegetables.
