A good alternative to meat protein!
Although cheese is an animal protein, it is not exactly meat but an excellent protein source.
We should always prefer milk transformed into cheese or yoghurt, instead of drinking plain milk.
If you add some fresh cheese, lean curd, feta cheese, cottage cheese or mozzarella to your morning breakfast, or afternoon snack, you immediately get a good deal of protein.
Combine cheese with fruit, or choose a Greek yoghurt for its many proteins, with fruits and nuts.
