Week-ends are normally full of special events, like weddings and parties, which means you'll probably be presented a whole variety of delicious (and not healthy) foods.
But before beginning to pile all these "treats" on your plate, have a good look all around the table and see what you are being offered.
Start with what is most healthy, such as fruits and vegetables… and avoid soda drinks and alcohol!
