SOY SPROUTS SALAD

TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:
Soy sprouts salad is easy to prepare, delicious and low in calories.
In a bowl place dark lettuce, arugula, radish cubes, sliced cucumber, cherry tomatoes and soy sprouts.
Season with olive oil and vinegar, blend and sprinkle a few dried fruits over all to your taste, you can use nuts, almonds, hazelnuts or whatever tree n uts you like the best.
