TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:
A 30-minute session with Biotime® is equivalent to 750 well-executed sit-ups. Here’s what I consider “well-executed” to mean:
1. Assume a laid-down position and legs bent to a 90º angle with your thighs, arms on the chest or behind your head;

2. Slightly raise your upper-body keeping your lower-body on the ground, head aligned and looking up;
3. Breathe-out from your mouth on the ascendant phase and breathe-in from your nose on the descendant phase of the movement;
4. This exercise should be executed on 4 series of 40 repetitions, with a 60-second break between series.
Now do it for 750 times!…
