DON’T GET THIRSTY!

TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:
We have to drink plenty of liquids to avoid being dehydrated, in average we need 6-8 glasses every day (and to those glasses we may include water present in foods we eat).
All non-alcoholic drinks count, but water and low fat milk are the healthiest choices. Try to refrain soda beverages that contain a high level of sugar and calories, and prefer water to it or even fruit smoothies.
