TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa:
Never forget to eat between meals, a yoghurt, a fruit, a rice cake…. and to drink lots of water, a minimum of 1,5 to 2L a day. What’s important is not to be too many hours without eating, an empty stomach.
For the main meals chose whenever possible fresh products, eat as much as you can fresh salads like lettuce, arugula, tomatoes and carrots, all seasoned with extra-virgin olive oil and vinegar, preferably steam cook your vegetables and season them as well with olive oil.
