Garlic, beside being advantageous for your health for it is a powerful anti-inflammatory, can also be used for reducing the quantity of salt you put in your cookings.
Here’s a suggestion for a healthy snack: Cut in half a garlic bulb, wrap in aluminum foil and roast 30 minutes, then spread it on a slice of fresh bread, or a toast.
