A 60-year person starting a Food Reeducation and doing some physical exercise may decrease in many years its biological age, so extending longevity.

Not to mention the substantial increase on life-quality, as much as our energy and good temperament. Of course the sooner you start, the better.
But at any age we can decide to be healthier, that's a fact!
