– 1 Minced courgette
– 3 Eggs beaten
– 2 Tablespoons of chopped onion
– 1/2 Teaspoon of rice flower or oat
– 1/2 Teaspoon of grated Parmesan cheese
– 1/2 Teaspoon of oregano
– 1 Tablespoon of olive oil
Preparation mode:
Lightly whisk together on the mincer or the food processor the courgette, the eggs and the onion. Then add the flower, the cheese, oregano, salt and pepper and whisk it all again.
Place the mixture in a bowl, drop it in a frying pan greased with olive oil and let gild.
