This week's recipe from Dr. Tomás Barbosa, two healthy and delicious Wraps!
Ingredients:
Smoked salmon
Avocado
Grilled chicken (minced)
Non-fat yogurt
1 Tablespoon mayonnaise
Parsley
1 Mango
Garlic paste
How to prepare the sauce:
1 Non-fat yogurt lactose free, 1 to 3 tablespoons non-fat mayonnaise, a coffee spoon of garlic paste, and parsley.
Wrap n.1- Open the Wrap, place the salmon inside and add the avocado, mango and some sauce.
Wrap n.2- Open the Wrap, place the minced chicken inside and add the avocado, mango and some sauce.
