ALERT TO SULPHITES
Sulphites have important antioxidant and antibacterial properties, they have invaded our food and can cause some intolerance often ignored. Antioxidants, they neutralize the oxygen that changes the colour of products and turn them darker: they are preservatives and whitening agents. Antibacterial, they delay the development of yeasts in all fermentation processes and of some fungus responsible for mold.
