BODY MASS INDEX (BMI)
A BMI is considered NORMAL between 20 and 25. BMI is calculated as weight in kilograms divided by height in meters squared. In the absence of a direct measure of body fat, it is an index based on weight and height. This indicator is not the most relevant because weight only determines if we are heavy.
