TIP OF THE DAY from our Nutritionist Dr. Tomás Barbosa: Vegetables, just like legumes and fruits, must be the basis of our entire regime. Vegetables are the ones that supply vitamins and minerals indispensable for a good health and a proper organism functioning. Remember: at least half of our plate must be composed of green vegetables, a quarter of whole grains and only the remaining quarter of animal proteins.
