Salads can be boring, especially if you use the same combination of ingredientes time and time again. There's only so much lettuce, cucumber, tomato, vegetable saladas you can enjoy before losing your mind with lack of inspiration. Salads are easy to prepare, they are so healthy and help you to keep your weight-loss and fat reducing goals a reality. Put aside the simple and boring lettuce and tomatoes salad with onion, extra-virgin olive oil and vinegar, and prepare a dream-salad, tasty, colourful and healthy, stretching your cooking creativeness
 

Let's be honest: we all could go on a healthy nourishing. Unfortunately it is often easy to cheat on your diet because sugary, salty, and cheesy and cold meats are so tempting! If you find it difficult to say "no" to that kind of food, start using your "green-chef" imagination and prepare dream salads discovering the delights of following a healthy diet and, what is more, one that may reduce premature ageing in more than ten years!
