Christmas cookies are known for containing too much butter and sugar. But don't worry, this Christmas time you may eat them without remorse, thanks to this light recipe equally tasty.
 

Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 20 minutes
Waiting Time: 10 minutes
Portions: 20

Ingredients:
100 grams semi-whole wheat flour
20 grams semi-skimmed milk
50 grams agave syrup
45 grams coconut oil
A pinch of salt

Instructions:
In a bowl place the milk, the syrup, the coconut oil and the salt. Mix and then add the flour.
Mash the paste with your hands until it doesn't stick. If necessary, powder with flour.
Expand with the rolling pin the paste to a thin layer. Cut the cookies with the moulds.
Place the cookies on a baking sheet in the oven, pre-heated at 170º, for 15 to 20 minutes.
Let them cool before delight!
