Many studies have suggested that increasing consumption of plant foods like broccoli decreases the risk of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, and overall mortality. That is why my tip for today is a salad with broccoli for 4 persons, easy to prepare in just 15 minutes:
 

Ingredients:

Broccoli

1 Bowl of lamb's lettuce

1 Celery trunk

10 Tomatoes cherry

2 Tablespoons of extra-virgin olive oil

1 Lemon

Salt flower and ground pepper.

  
Preparation:
Wash the broccoli, detach the branches (keep the trunks for a soup). Put them in boiling salted water for 3 minutes.
Rince and dry the lamb's lettuce. Peel and wash the celery trunk. Cut it in small portions. Rince the tomatoes cherry.
Place all these vegetables in a salad bowl. Season with extra-virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt flower and freshly ground pepper, to your taste.
