There are lots of tasty soups and consommes. Recipes for getting thinner easy to do that respect your silhouette for they have a minimum of fats for a maximum of lightness and pleasure, such as this eggplant soup with tomatoes and garlic for 4 person, easy to prepare, taking 35 minutes:
 

Ingredients 
2 Medium eggplants
4 Tomatoes
4 Courgettes
6 Garlic Cloves
1 Tablespoon olive oil
Salt and pepper, to your taste.

Preparation
Wash the eggplants and slice them. Place them in a strainer with salt and let them dry for 15 minutes. Then rinse them under the tap.
Peel the tomatoes, take off the seeds and cut them in pieces.
Wash and cut the eggplants in pieces.
Peel the garlic cloves and crush them.
In a pan have all these vegetables sautéed with a dash of olive oil. Salt a minimum. Cover with plenty of water and make it boil for 15 minutes.
When it's done, place some marjoram leaves in the soup. Adjust seasoning and serve it hot.
