Sleeping in the dark!

Light exposure, however weak it may be, during the night, affects not only your sleep but also may result in weight augmentation, according to a new study published in the American Journal of Epidemiology.

The study shows that those subjects who slept in darker bedrooms had 21% less chances to become obese than their fellows sleeping in brighter bedrooms.
