Sources of protein

Protein is necessary, but we don't have just meat to get our proteic dose from. Vegetables have protein as well, especially dry fruits and legumes.

Then how can we have a proteic breakfast or luncheon?

It's simple, for instance, we just have to spread peanut butter on a toast, or almonds or nuts. We can also make an oak porridge with chopped dry fruits and apple cubes. Dairy products too are a fantastic protein source!
