Watermelon is good to refresh and hydrate. It contains 90% of water and is rich in lycopene, a phytonutrient that helps preventing cancer and protects the skin from sun rays. A cup of watermelon only has 44 calories.
 

Home iced tea: it has zero calories, and is full of antioxidants and even supports losing weight. Make your black or green tea at home, let it cool, add some ice cubes, lemon or orange slices and a couple of mint leaves.

Fruit salad, with red fruits, peach, watermelon, mango and strawberries. A nutritious refreshing delight, plenty of antioxidants (that fight free radicals responsible for ageing), vitamins and fibres.
