Do not turn to be a sit-down!

Our body needs daily movement to maintain our bones and joints in good shape, to have healthy muscles, to breathe properly, to strengthen the heart and even to have better digestions.
 

And so there are little things you can do to help you keeping some physical activity. Instead of using the lift, use the stairs, go afoot to buy the newspaper, go biking with your kids, play with a ball, walk by the seashore, take a walk in the park and come back home on foot.
