1 Clove garlic crushed
50 gr Basil leaves
4 Tablespoons of pinions
100 ml Extra-Virgin olive oil
Crush all the ingredients until you get a consistent paste. Put it on a bowl and mix the parmesan cheese, to your taste, preferably grated.
Place it in the fridge to use later.
