Lack of time or patience shortage?
Lacking time or patience cannot be an excuse for not preparing a healthy meal. It's just a matter of organization!
In the early morning get used to put on the table what you are about to eat, white cheese, fresh cheese and brown bread toasts, some fruit, a bowl of sugar-free cereals with a natural yogurt.
For lunch, if you really have no time, ask at the café close to your office to have wholemeal bread for you, and order a fresh tomato and lettuce sandwich and a fresh natural juice.
At dinner time seat comfortably at your table and enjoy a soup and a salad.
Take half-an-hour of your week-end to prepare vegetable soup for the whole week, and take a nice bowl of it whenever you feel hungry!
