Women in pre-menopause condition must guarantee they intake food that is rich in iron. Iron is important for the production of red blood cells that carry oxygen to all our body.
 

Iron helps maintaining the skin, hair and nails, healthy.
It is recommended that a woman getting to the menopause stage, ingests 18 mg of iron per day.
Always remember to add to your diet, meat, seafood, beans, lentils and fortified cereals, for they are the most natural and healthy way to add iron to your diet.
