Our energetic consumption depends on our gender, physical constitution and level of physical activity, each one of us need more or less calories to maintain our weight balanced and it changes a lot from person to person.

Men (70Kg, 1,76m)
Sedentary = 2600 calories/day
Average activity = 3200 calories/day
High activity = 4300 calories/day
 
Mulheres (58Kg, 1,64m)
Sedentary = 2200 calories/day
Average activity = 2500 calories/day
High activity = 3000 calories/day
Pregnant = add 300 calories/day
Nursing = add 700 calories/day
