Good weather is inviting for having a purifying diet and some physical activity.
Practice long walks in the beach or in gardens, prefer natural fruit juices for drinking, even if it's just a nice and fresh orange juice.

Follow a diet based on fruit and/or vegetable juices and green salads.
For a salad chose dark leaves lettuce, spinach and arugula. Season it with virgin olive oil, salt and vinegar. Powder it with nuts and almond chunks. And have a natural fruit juice to go with.
