Sugar existing in fruits is what gives them their sweet flavour. Even being natural, it is necessary to know how to introduce it in the way we nourish ourselves:
Fruits with a medium/high level of fructose (in grams):
 

A pineapple slice = 4,0
Half a grapefruit = 4,3
A tangerine or medium sized clementine = 4,8
A medium sized nectarine = 5,4
Hal a medium sized papaya = 6,3
A cup of blueberries = 7,4
A medium sized apple = 9,5
A medium sized persimmon = 10,6
A watermelon slice = 11,3
A medium sized pear = 11,8
A quarter cup of raisins = 12,3
