Plums are an excellent ally to reduce the oxidative stress that weakens your immunity system and makes it more susceptible to diseases.
Besides, dry plums can do wonders on lazy intestines because it contains fibres, and so they strengthen the intestinal flora. But don't forget to drink plenty of water, otherwise they may have the opposite effect.
