The human being is a balance of nutrients that must be maintained through diversity and moderation on the way we eat. All our body, from bones to brain, is depending on that restraint and variety.
 

We have to ingest vitamins, minerals, carbohydrates and proteins. That means eating all kind of vegetables, from berries to roots, tubers, fruits, leaves, grains and seeds, we also should eat poultry, eggs and fish,
Don't ever forget to vary, for that is the healthier way to feed yourself!
