It may be used to accompany different dishes, such as soups or main dishes au gratin.
 

With antioxidant properties it helps to fight free-radicals, protecting ou cells from various harms. Besides, it has good levels of fibre and folate, which then turns into folic acid.
Cauliflower is rich in compounds that help our liver to neutralize toxins that may harm DNA and the cell-membrane, somei of these compounds being glucosinolates, thiocyanates and indoles.
